Please be mindful that Excellence Resorts is designed for adults only, including private events taking place on these hotels. Minimum age required 18 years old and over with no exceptions.

Should you decide to stay at a sister property, you will be able to acquire an event pass for $45.00 USD per adult. Event passes are guaranteed to be purchased only for the wedding event days. Only 10% of the guests will be allowed to stay off the property. Guest staying off the resorts, the price will be $100.00 USD per adult. An event pass permits guests to access an hour prior to the wedding and will include up to 5 hours of private events or until 11:00 pm. Photo ID will be required.

Transfer From / To the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ)

Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation; vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official websites or its reservations center (the airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option). Transportation Service (if included) must be programmed directly through Seasons Tours at transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com

Cancellation

For cancellations of direct bookings (Promo-code) received 24 hours or more prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a No Show or Early Departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
